Randy
Martinsen

Randy has a broad and detailed background in marketing, information
technology, business operations management, and finance. He has worked
in multiple industries using his skills to develop and implement
strategic plans for many businesses.
With over twenty years of experience improving profits in companies with
revenues ranging from $200 thousand to $80 million, he has developed a
“hands-on” approach to managing complex projects. His education includes
Business Management / Finance from BYU and MBA studies at the University of Utah. He is also a graduate of
the California Banking School.
He is currently President & CEO of Accelerated Marketing Group, A Y2Marketing Agency,
Inc., working to assist companies with their strategic and tactical
marketing projects, including advertising fulfillment. He began his
consulting career in 1994 in business operations management and IT
reorganization. Prior to starting AMG (formerly Estep, Martinsen & Associates), he spent more than 18 years
serving the Finance, Banking, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries as
a software developer/manager, and has held senior management positions
in customer service, finance, and marketing. His experience in both the
revenue and cost sides of business enables him to increase his leverage
at improving profits. His skills have made him a recognized leader
throughout his career.
Randy has a broad scope of
experience working in leadership roles with executive managers that
include all facets of the business; with an emphasis on marketing. This
enables him to provide a cross-functional understanding and specialized
approach to managing projects. He has the ability to recognize and focus
on process and system changes that impact all company functions. This
gives him a clear understanding from multiple business perspectives,
which gives him a strong advantage when working with teams of people who
have varying experience levels and backgrounds.
He has served as a
director on many for-profit and non-profit boards throughout his career,
and is currently on the Advisory Committee for Redwood Credit
Union, and a board member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce serving as the 2010 Chairman. Randy uses all of his
business, IT and marketing skills to make certain that increasing
profits is the focus in all facets of his consulting activities.
